Job description

Join the team as a Quality Lab Analyst and play a key role in maintaining top-tier quality standards! If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for compliance, this could be your perfect opportunity.

Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Quality Lab Analyst to focus on ensuring the effective and timely completion of routine and non-routine analyses. You will collaborate with various departments to facilitate smooth product flow and address quality or compliance issues promptly. Your work will contribute to continuous improvement in efficiency, safety, and compliance within a highly-regulated environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine analysis on IPC, raw materials, manufactured, and stability samples using classical and chromatographic techniques.
  • Provide analytical services for non-routine samples and assist in troubleshooting production issues.
  • Participate in the preparation and review of procedures, validation reviews, and risk assessments.
  • Adhere to current Good Laboratory Practice (cGLP) and follow defined procedures.
  • Engage in audit teams for GMP, 5S, and self-inspection audits.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives using GPS tools.
  • Contribute to staff capability building through training and development.
  • Ensure safe and compliant laboratory operations.
  • Manage deviations, change management, and improvement actions efficiently.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Competency in a range of analytical techniques, including chromatography and classical tests.
  • Experience in a Quality Control lab or equivalent setting.
  • Strong commitment to integrity, positive attitude, and cross-boundary collaboration.
  • Ability to prioritize and complete tasks professionally and timely.
