Job summary

BCA, the UK's largest B2B used vehicle service, is seeking a Quality and Inventory Controller to own quality and stock control processes across used car leasing and retail operations. The role is based at Thurleigh (On site) with occasional travel, and requires monitoring inventory performance, stock churn, quality, compliance and complaint trends while building strong stakeholder relationships.

• Identify trends and risks to drive performance improvements.
• Collaborate with operations and technical teams to meet customer and business expectations.
• Own administrative aspects of complaints handling and stock reporting.
