BCA, the UK's largest B2B used vehicle service, is seeking a Quality and Inventory Controller to own quality and stock control processes across used car leasing and retail operations. To own and coordinate the quality and inventory control processes across the used car leasing and retail operations, ensuring vehicles meet agreed customer, operational and commercial standards. The role is responsible for monitoring inventory performance, stock churn, quality, compliance and complaint trends whilst building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive service excellence, continuous improvement and KPI achievement.
You will be hands-on and will require a proactive and investigative approach. You will be expected to spend time within operational areas, understand processes first hand, investigate issues at source, challenge failures, identify root causes and work collaboratively with teams to implement practical solutions. You will need some analytical skills to guide your approach to influencing some change. You will be required to log, investigate and manage the end-to-end process of complaints, monitoring progress of resolutions throughout and recording actions taken to avoid future failures.
The role will act as a key link between operational, commercial and customer-facing teams, building strong stakeholder relationships to drive accountability, continuous improvement, service excellence and KPI achievement across quality, inventory and customer outcomes.
