Job summary

Bromford Industries Limited is seeking a Quality Inspector for the Early Shift in our Quality Department. You will carry out 1st off and receipt inspections, and support calibration activities to ensure products meet stringent quality standards.

This hands-on role requires precise measurement, reading engineering drawings, and a collaborative approach with Manufacturing and Engineering to drive continuous improvement on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in quality inspection and calibration.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and data cards.
• Strong attention to detail with a right-first-time approach.

Responsibilities

• Carry out 1st off inspection / receipt inspection / inspection and calibration as required.
• Run CMM programmes; analyse results and make quality decisions.
• Support non-conformance process; raise rejects and capture containment.
• Collaborate with Engineering to ensure smooth NPI transitions.
