Job summary

Accrofab Ltd in the UK is recruiting a Quality Inspector for the Early Shift to support manufacturing operations. You will carry out first-off, receipt, and in-process inspections and run CMM programmes to verify conformance.

You will contribute to the non-conformance process, liaise with Engineering on New Product Introduction, and ensure accurate documentation and 5S housekeeping in your area. The role rewards attention to detail, reliability, teamwork and a right-first-time approach.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in quality inspection and manufacturing environments.
• Ability to read manufacturing instructions and inspection plans.

Responsibilities

• Carry out 1st off, receipt and in-process inspection to support operations.
• Operate and analyse results from CMM programmes to ensure conformance.
• Support non-conformance process by raising rejects and capturing containment.
• Liaise with Engineering to support New Product Introduction (NPI).
• Follow 5S and documentation requirements; ensure accurate WIP records.
