We are currently looking for a Line Quality Inspector, for our client, a producer of cutting-edge integrated electric motor and power electronics modules for the automotive, aerospace, industrial machinery, robotics, and green technology sectors. The successful candidate will join a fast-paced team responsible for building scalable, high-efficiency production lines for electric motor and advanced electronics systems.

The Line Quality Inspector will:

  • Perform in-process and final inspections on electro-mechanical assemblies and components to verify conformance to specifications & drawings.
  • Ensure that non-conforming materials are contained, segregated and managed in line with internal quality procedures
  • Document and report non-conformances using standard procedures and support 8D Problem solving activities.
  • Interpret engineering drawings, bills of materials, and process instructions to ensure inspection criteria are met.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough inspection records and ensure traceability of materials and processes.

The Line Quality Inspector will have:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a quality inspection or quality control role within automotive, aerospace, or precision manufacturing.
  • Proficient in the use of inspection equipment such as calipers, micrometers, multimeters, CMM (desirable), and gauges.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, GD&T symbols, and inspection plans.
  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or IATF 16949 quality management systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel
