Job description

Quality Inspector

Location: Burnley

Schedule: Mon-Thurs 10am-7.30pm

Hourly Rate: £19.81 p/h

The Role

My client is looking to expand their quality team by bringing in a skilled quality inspector. This position involves engaging in production activities, completing component inspections, and focusing on continuous improvement initiatives across the business.

Main Responsibilities
  1. First off inspection
  2. Patrol inspection
  3. First article inspection reports
  4. Final view inspection
  5. Support QA team with internal auditing
  6. Support continuous improvement efforts
The Candidate

Must be a time-served engineer (or equivalent).

Experience with inspection of milled or turned components.

Understanding of milling and turning machining methods.

Experience using CMM and Faro Arm.

NDT testing experience would be advantageous.
