MTL Advanced is seeking a Quality Inspection Team Leader in Rotherham to lead the QA Inspection team and ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications. Qualifications

• Previous quality / inspection experience in a metal engineering manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge using inspection methods (CMM, Faro arm or alternative, Vernier, Tape, Rule, Bevel Box etc.).
• The ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of problem-solving techniques.
• A flexible approach to adapt to changing requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
• Experience in a similar role.

VACANCY: Quality Inspection Team Leader

LOCATION:Rotherham, S60 (Close to Meadowhall, Sheffield)

SHIFT AVALIABLE : Monday to Friday 6am – 2pm.

PAY RATE: £20.50 per hour.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Quality Assurance Inspection Team Leader to lead our inspection department and ensure that products are inspected to the required quality standards, specifications and customer requirements.

This role requires hands-on leadership for someone who understands the inspection process from start to finish, someone who can confidently interpret engineering drawings and has experience using software packages such as Polyworks.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Lead, coordinate and support the day-to-day activities of the QA Inspection team
• Allocate workload efficiently and ensure priorities and production requirements are met
• Provide guidance, coaching and support to the QA Inspection team, helping develop technical capabilities
• Liaise with the Quality Engineering team to resolve any issues arising, where required
• Ensure the QA Inspection team are working to and adhering to company policies and procedures

ABOUT YOU:

• Previous quality / inspection experience in a metal engineering manufacturing environment
