Job summary

PHOENIX Medical Supplies Ltd. in Salford is hiring a Quality Inspection Supervisor to lead a team in a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment. You will ensure medicines meet quality standards before reaching patients and deputise for the Quality Inspection Manager as needed.

The role requires supervising the Quality Inspection team, maintaining compliance with regulatory and company standards, and contributing to the Quality Management System and improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a warehouse environment.
• Quality inspection experience is desirable.
• A recognised quality qualification is desirable.
• Knowledge of parallel import GMP/GDP requirements is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and guidance to the Quality Inspection team.
• Support Quality Inspection activities to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance and company standards.
• Assist with maintenance and development of the site's QMS.
• Support and initiate investigations where required.
• Assist with licensing related activities.
• Ensure all quality documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Deputise for the Quality Inspection Manager when required.
• Coordinate rework activities and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Title: Quality Inspection Supervisor

Location: Salford

Salary: £32,136 per annum with an excellent benefit package

Shift: Monday to Friday 14:30 - 22:30

Nupharm, a subsidiary of the Phoenix Medical Supplies Group, is looking for a Quality Inspection Supervisor to join our team in Salford. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced quality professional to take on a supervisory role within a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment.

You’ll play a vital role in ensuring medicines meet the highest quality standards before reaching patients. As part of the Phoenix Medical Supplies Group, you’ll be joining a respected healthcare organisation that supports the delivery of pharmaceutical products across the UK.

As a key member of the Quality leadership team, you’ll help ensure that quality standards are maintained across the site, supporting compliance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. You’ll also deputise for the Quality Inspection Manager when required and provide day-to-day leadership to the Quality Inspection team.

What you’ll be doing

• Providing support and guidance to the Quality Inspection team.
• Supporting Quality Inspection activities to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory and company standards.
