Ferrovial Construction seeks a Project Health and Safety Lead to drive industry-leading safety performance on a nationally significant infrastructure project. The role will oversee strategy, policies, audits, and investigations while mentoring the HSQE team and collaborating with senior leadership.

Initial locations include Euston-London or Birmingham, with relocation to a project site along HS2 Track within 12–18 months. Strong qualifications and stakeholder engagement are essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading Health and Safety on large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 45001 and health and safety regulations.
• Proven ability to develop safety strategies and drive cultural change.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement the Health and Safety strategy for the project.
• Lead policies, standards and procedures ensuring compliance.
• Drive safety leadership and continuous improvement across the project.
• Oversee audits, inspections and incident investigations with lessons learned.
• Provide training and expert guidance to employees and subcontractors.
• Monitor and report safety performance with data analysis.
