Job summary

Pure Unity Health Group seeks a strategic Head of Quality and Governance to lead governance across UK services, reporting to the Clinical Director. The role combines hands-on leadership with the development of policies to safeguard safe and compassionate care.

The post requires HCPC registration, 5+ years post-registration governance experience, and strong audit/regulatory knowledge. Hybrid working from Norwich NR1, with national responsibilities and leadership across acquisitions.

Qualifications

  • HCPC registration and governance experience.
  • Minimum 5 years post-registration in leadership or quality roles.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical frameworks and audits.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance and inspections.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clear clinical leadership across the service.
  • Chair Governance Group meetings and present to board level.
  • Lead incident reviews and implement recommendations.
  • Develop and refine clinical policies and procedures.
  • Monitor regulatory compliance including CQC, data protection and safety.
  • Support governance integration across newly acquired services.
  • Directly line-manage the Quality & Governance Support Officer.
  • Track NHS policy and compile Governance Report.
