Change Grow Live is seeking a Quality & Governance Lead in Camden. The role drives quality, strengthens governance and ensures the service delivers the best possible support. It requires curiosity, analytical thinking and the ability to turn insight into action.

The role leads audits, reviews and governance activity while embedding learning across the team. The post is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, and Fixed Term until 31 March 2027.

Qualifications

• Governance experience in health or social care setting.
• Quality improvement plans, audits and reviews.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
