Job summary

Change Grow Live seeks a Quality & Governance Lead in Camden to drive quality, strengthen governance and ensure the best possible support for service users. You will lead audits, embed learning, and promote continuous improvement across the team.

The role focuses on developing staff capability, improving governance processes, and fostering a culture of learning and high-quality care within a dynamic service network.

Qualifications

• Experience in governance, quality management, or performance monitoring within health or social care settings.
• Proven ability to lead quality improvement initiatives, audits and reviews.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and developing staff.
• Commitment to learning and development across the service.
• Flexible and adaptable to work across different sites and shifting needs.

Responsibilities

• Drive quality and performance excellence by building staff relationships and coaching for improvement.
• Lead quality improvement efforts and develop best practices across the team.
• Deliver coaching and development to staff through training sessions and workshops.
• Collaborate with the Service Manager, wider teams and partners to create seamless pathways.
• Foster a learning culture with openness and collaborative learning.
