Job summary

Change Grow Live in Camden is seeking a Quality & Governance Lead to drive quality, strengthen governance and ensure that every service user receives the best possible support. The role is 37.5 hours per week, fixed term until 31 March 2027, based in Camden.

This role requires a curious, analytical mindset, with the ability to turn insight into action, lead audits, and collaborate with managers and practitioners to embed learning and best practice across the service.

Qualifications

• Experience in governance, quality management, or performance monitoring within a health or social care setting.
• Experience creating and implementing quality improvement plans, audits, and reviews.
• Experience managing and developing teams, delivering interventions for diverse groups.
• Proactive learning and staff development mindset.
• Flexibility to work across operational sites.

Responsibilities

• Drive quality and performance excellence by coaching staff to improve quality and learning culture.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and develop best practices across the team.
• Coach and develop staff, delivering training and workshops.
• Collaborate with Service Manager, wider teams and external partners to align pathways.
• Foster a learning culture and openness to improve service quality.
