Job summary

Apollo Radiology International (ARI) is seeking a Quality & Governance Administrator to provide administrative support across governance, quality, compliance and radiologist onboarding in the UK. The role collaborates with the Quality & Governance Manager and partners with clinical, operational and recruitment teams.

This hybrid role offers remote work with occasional travel to London and requires someone who can maintain accuracy, confidentiality and professional standards while developing

Qualifications

• Previous experience in administration, governance, quality, or compliance support.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient administrative support to the Quality & Governance Manager and wider governance team.
• Prepare, format and maintain policies, procedures, reports, meeting papers and other governance documents.
• Organise governance meetings, circulate agendas, take accurate minutes and maintain action logs.
• Follow up on outstanding actions and ensure they are completed within agreed timescales.
• Maintain central logs, spreadsheets, trackers and electronic filing systems.
• Assist with logging and tracking clinical incidents, complaints, risks and other governance matters.
• Support audits, quality reviews and compliance checks.
