Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Quality Manager - Services UK to lead quality assurance across onshore and offshore operations, driving continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. You will guide quality teams, collaborate with customers and global stakeholders, and strengthen governance and core processes to deliver excellence.

In this role you will monitor KPIs, develop action plans, manage quality events, and promote lessons learned to lift performance and reliability across the Services

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Quality Management within industrial, engineering, manufacturing, service or energy environments.
• Experience leading, coaching and developing teams within a matrix organization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and process-improvement capabilities.
• Ability to manage customer concerns and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ability to interpret performance data and drive business improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, guidance and support to quality teams to plan, monitor, and execute quality activities.
• Own Quality Assurance across onshore and offshore operations to ensure products and services meet requirements.
• Measure, analyse and improve Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ) through targeted CI initiatives.
• Lead customer issue resolution processes, including investigations, root-cause analysis, corrective actions and preventive measures.
• Support reduction of NPT, quality events, and customer complaints through proactive quality management.
