Job summary

Solirius Reply, part of the Reply Group, is seeking an experienced Automation Test Engineer / SDET to work with clients in the public and private sectors. You will design, develop and deliver test solutions, mentoring team members and promoting testing best practices.

Remote work is available, with travel to London as required for client engagements. The role emphasizes automation framework development, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering robust QA across microservices architectures

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities in a dynamic environment.
• Deep understanding of QA processes and SDLC.
• Proven experience with front-end testing frameworks (Cypress/Playwright).
• Hands-on experience building test automation frameworks from scratch.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript (3+ years).
• Experience testing web apps across browsers and OS including mobile.
• API testing experience (RestAssured/SoapUI).
• Knowledge of CI/CD and testing in Agile/Scrum teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee automated test script development, implementation and maintenance.
• Verify usability, functionality, performance, and scalability of apps.
• Construct automation tools and expand frameworks for team needs.
• Establish automation and performance monitoring processes.
• Contribute to QA teams and client projects with best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address automation challenges.
