Job summary

Consortium Professional Recruitment and our client seek a Quality Engineering Lead to drive quality excellence in a highly regulated manufacturing environment, leading quality engineering activities and supporting operational excellence.

You will mentor quality professionals, lead SPC, CAPA and Lean Six Sigma initiatives, and collaborate across Engineering, Operations and Supply Chain to ensure compliance and continuous improvement of products and processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Science or related technical discipline.
• Experience in a senior or technical quality leadership role within a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO QMS, statistics, SPC and CI methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead SPC, process capability and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and yield.
• Drive root-cause investigations, CAPA activities and structured problem solving (Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, 8D).
• Provide technical quality leadership for changes, validation, risk management and new products.
• Mentor Quality Engineers and collaborate with Engineering, Operations and Supply Chain.
