Job summary

The role focuses on QA processes, ISO 9001 and IATF16949 compliance, data analysis, and continuous improvement using DMAIC and 8D methods to reduce cost of poor quality and strengthen process capability.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality/manufacturing with hands-on problem solving.
• Strong root cause analysis skills (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa).
• Understanding of PFMEA, control plans, and process capability.
• Auditing to IATF16949 standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer quality activities including investigations and 8D reporting.
• Maintain QMS requirements and ISO/IATF audit readiness.
• Drive structured problem solving using DMAIC and related tools.
• Improve supplier quality and PPAP support.
• Oversee non-conformance and disposition of defects.
• Analyse quality data and communicate performance to stakeholders.
