Job summary

DP World in London is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to drive product and process quality through data-led decisions. This hands-on role collaborates with manufacturing, engineering, suppliers and customers to reduce scrap, improve FTT, and support continuous improvement across the business.

You will lead root-cause analyses using 8D, 5 Why, PDCA; perform internal and layered audits; manage QMS documentation; and contribute to ISO 9001:2015 and ideally ISO 14001/45001.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in automotive or manufacturing.
• Strong QA/QC knowledge and CI principles.
• Auditing experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality improvement initiatives and drive root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvements.
• Conduct internal and layered audits for QMS compliance.
• Analyze production and quality data to reduce scrap and boost FTT.
• Support ISO 9001:2015 and related standards.
• Write and maintain processes and work instructions.
