Quality Engineer (Aerospace)

Location: Tewkesbury

Our client designs and manufactures complex mechanical products for the aerospace and defence sectors. We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to join their state-of-the-art facility in Tewkesbury on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support APQP and PPAP integration into NPI processes.
• Support advanced quality planning activities.
• Incorporate customer requirements into NPI processes.
• Coordinate and monitor PPAP activities.
• Identify and implement manufacturing process improvements.
• Assist in resolving non-conformances and corrective actions during audits.

Skills and Experience:

• Experience with APQP and PPAP applications.
• Experience working in an AS9100 environment.
• Knowledge of PFMEA.
• Experience supporting NPI.
• Effective internal and external communication skills.
