Job summary

Dalkia is seeking a Quality Engineer to support governance and improvement across the HPC project. You will assist in implementing the Quality Management System, ensure compliance with client and statutory requirements, and drive continuous improvement within the project team.

Candidates should bring nuclear sector knowledge, audit experience, and a collaborative approach to embed Nuclear Safety Culture and deliver QMS improvements across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in relevant discipline with a degree or equivalent.
• Knowledge of UK and international standards and codes for the nuclear sector.
• CCNSG or CSCS certification is required.
• Ability to achieve security clearance (BPSS or higher).
• Internal Auditor or Assessor qualification (ISO9001:2015).

Responsibilities

• Support the Quality Manager to ensure QA requirements are understood and met.
• Help manage the Quality Management System (QMS) per project policy and standards.
• Deliver Nuclear Safety Culture training and embed best practices.
• Represent Dalkia in Nuclear Safety Culture Community of Practice.
• Assist in audits, action follow-up, and reporting to managers.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and drive lessons learnt.
