Job summary

Convatec is seeking a Manufacturing CI professional to drive validation, process optimization and continuous improvement. You will lead IQ/OQ/PQ activities, support change control, and identify cost-saving opportunities across the site, balancing multiple projects with strong problem-solving and regulatory knowledge.

The role requires extensive experience in a lean manufacturing environment and proven ability to coordinate across teams while maintaining schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in an Engineering discipline.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent problem-solving approach.
• Proficient PC skills including SAP, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, CAD.
• Trained in IQ, OQ, PQ validation principles.
• Strong working knowledge of problem-solving tools.
• Kaizen lead training.
• Prince 2 Practitioner or PMP is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform IQ, OQ, PQ validation.
• Update and maintain change control systems and documentation.
• Identify and deliver cost savings.
• Adhere to legal, corporate, site legislation and procedures.
• Ensure GMP compliance.
• Ensure EHS compliance.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines.
• Seek and deliver CI opportunities across the site, managing complex projects within timelines and budgets.
