Job summary

WR Engineering is seeking a Quality Engineer for an automotive assembly environment to embed quality into processes from day one. You will lead quality control, audits, and CAPA, aligning with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 while supporting NP launches and engineering changes.

You will monitor KPIs, maintain Control Plans, FMEA, PPAP, and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to drive continuous improvement, ensuring robust product quality throughout production.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Manufacturing Engineering, or similar (required).
• Minimum 3 years' experience in automotive quality engineering.
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and core quality tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC).
• Knowledge of VDA 6.3 / VDA 6.5 auditing standards.

Responsibilities
