Adient plc seeks a Quality Engineer to coordinate APQP activities, develop gauge concepts and ensure product quality across automotive seating programs.

Travel to supplier or customer sites may be required as part of problem solving and continuous improvement efforts, with responsibilities spanning SDTs, audits, and staff training.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating APQP phases and PPAP documentation.
• Ability to work with suppliers to resolve manufacturing problems and improve products.
• Willingness to travel to customer or supplier locations.

## Quality EngineerApplylocations: United Kingdom,Burton-On-Trenttime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R-28831**JOB DESCRIPTION**- Coordinates, administers and performs the quality function of an engineering and technical nature to ensure product quality and reliability at minimum quality costs. - Completion and documentation of all phases of the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process. - Prepare and submit all necessary PPAP documentation per AIAG guidelines. - Develop gauge concepts and procure gauges for specific programs. - Work with component and tooling/equipment suppliers to improve products and resolve -manufacturing problems.
