Job summary

Novanta, Stockport’s Laser Technologies Centre of Excellence, seeks a Quality Engineer to lead reliability validation, qualification and data-driven improvement initiatives across the product lifecycle. You will collaborate with global teams, influence product launches, and contribute to customer qualifications.

The role focuses on applying analytics, conducting accelerated testing, and performing root cause investigations to enhance reliability and performance of mission-critical systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in Reliability Engineering and Product Validation.
• Experience with failure analysis and root-cause investigation.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and data analytics tools.
