Qualifications

• Experience in Reliability Engineering and Product Validation.
• Experience with failure analysis and root-cause investigation.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Leading reliability validation and qualification activities.
• Designing and executing accelerated life testing programmes.
• Performing failure investigations and root cause analysis.
• Developing reliability models and performance dashboards.
• Supporting NPI and manufacturing transfer initiatives.
• Driving corrective actions to improve reliability and customer satisfaction.
• Supporting customer audits and technical reviews.
