Job summary

MacLean Power Systems is seeking a senior professional to develop and implement organizational changes that promote quality and efficiency improvements across functions.

You will evaluate internal processes, establish KPIs, oversee changes, and ensure 5S, safety, and quality policy compliance while mentoring teams to achieve measurable results in a manufacturing setting.

Typically, a bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience are required, with Lean or Six Sigma certification preferred.
