You will be responsible for monitoring process quality performance in an established manufacturing environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Daily monitoring, measurement, and reporting of non-conformance performance
• Leading problem-solving activities independently or as part of a team, using industry-proven techniques to achieve successful resolutions
• Developing business optimal systems in line with customer and regulatory requirements
• Auditing internal processes, suppliers, and supporting external audits
• Conducting paperwork, product, and system verification and validation activities
• Investigating compliance issues in accordance with business QMS and quality rules

Requirements

• NAPCAP experience
• HNC/Degree in Materials Science or Engineering
• Metallurgy experience
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience in a quality engineering role
• Proficiency with tools such as 5Y, RCCA, APQP, MSA, PFMEA, and PPAP
