We are seeking a dedicated professional to support project and product activities and conduct quality audits both internally and with suppliers. This role involves promoting a culture of continuous improvement by empowering teams, providing training, and leading improvement initiatives to achieve measurable benefits. The successful candidate will lead compliance assessments against requirements and follow up on actions to close any gaps.

What you will be doing

  • Define and oversee QA plans and requirements for projects and programs
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and KD Business Management System
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure adherence to quality management policies
  • Interfacing with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and sub-contractors
  • Provide training and support to team members on quality management processes

We think you should have

  • Higher technical education
  • Experience from the defense industry or equivalent
  • Good knowledge of ISO 9001, AQAP 2110 and AS9100
  • Experience with classified information handling
  • Very good communication skills in both Norwegian and English, written and verbal
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills and ability to work in a structured, independent and proactive manner
