Job summary

Fluke Corporation, based in Norwich, is seeking a Quality & EHS Leader to develop, implement and maintain the Integrated Management System for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 at the Norwich site.

You will lead improvements, drive NCR reductions, train teams, manage performance, and coordinate with global Fluke and Fortive teams. NEBOSH qualification and Lean experience are preferred; strong coaching and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing/maintaining an integrated Q-EHS management system.
• NEBOSH qualification and knowledge of ISO standards required.
• Strong coaching, training and performance management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Norwich site's Q-EHS integrated management system for ISO requirements.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate policies.
• Oversee NCR investigations, root cause analysis and countermeasures.
• Train and develop team members; conduct performance reviews.
• Drive daily management, Kaizens and continuous improvement events.
