Qualifications

• Quality leadership experience within the nuclear sector or another highly regulated industry.
• Experience leading quality teams across large-scale manufacturing and construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems and quality governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a growing team of quality professionals across multiple projects and programmes.
• Drive quality governance and promote a positive quality culture across manufacturing and construction activities.
• Manage audits, quality plans, non-conformances and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee supplier quality activities, including supplier visits and manufacturing inspections.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, procurement teams and customers to ensure regulatory and programme compliance.
