Overview
The Quality coordinator will be responsible for creating build records, documentation packages, deliverable documentation administration, facilitating the arrangement and hosting of customer visits, document control, the Quality Coordinators will have to undertake a variety of administration tasks within the Quality Department, in support of project and departmental goals. They will also support product testing, inspection and auditing where appropriate.
The role
- Performs clerical duties, including, but not limited to the following:- Photocopies, scans, files and compiles applicable Quality documentation, creating Documentation
- Packages
- Collating Build Record
- Creating appropriate Material Certificate List
- Initial review of Material, NDT, Welding, Load Test, Dimensional and Paint Certification, etc
- Initial review of deliverable TIS documents
- Use of Nitro Pro to add stamps and document numbers
- Preparing Certificates of Conformance
- Creating labels
- Audit support
- May be required to type, meeting notes, and forms among other documents
- Interacts with customers and visitors
- The Quality Document Coordinator may be required to undertake other quality related tasks within their capability as required
