Your new role

  • An exciting opportunity for a QC Administrator - Microbiology to join our team.
  • Maintaining document organisation and general record-keeping.
  • Writing and updates Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and forms for QC activities.
  • Reviewing, recording and reporting Microbiology data in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
  • Performing document management duties using paper-based systems.
  • Providing administrative support for the Quality Control department.
  • Carrying out ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Microbiology Manager.
  • Demonstrating exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
  • Ensuring full compliance with data protection regulations by keeping client and patient information strictly confidential.

About You

  • Exceptional organisational, communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong administrative & record keeping skills.
  • Great attention to detail with a determination to continually develop and improve processes.
  • Strong planning skills, with the ability to deliver results within a deadline.

Qualifications

  • Higher Grades in Mathematics, English, Science or equivalent qualifications or experience.
