Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a Quality/Technical Coordinator at its Bridgwater site. You will own the Quality Management System, ensure food safety compliance, coordinate audits, and drive continuous improvements across production and technical teams.

You will work Monday to Friday with flexible start times, enjoy a 5% bonus, life assurance and a generous annual leave package. The role suits experienced QA/technical professionals in fast-paced manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Technical, Quality or QA role within food, beverage or FMCG manufacturing.
• Understanding of Quality Management Systems and food safety standards.
• Audit experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the site's Quality Management System (QMS).
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Support investigations, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Produce and analyse quality performance reports and KPIs.
• Work closely with production teams to drive quality improvements.
• Identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve efficiencies.
• Support continuous improvement projects across the site.
• Build strong relationships with internal departments, customers and suppliers.
• Promote quality awareness and best practice throughout the business.

Quality/Technical Coordinator

A leading food manufacturing business is looking to recruit a Technical Coordinator to join their established technical team at their Bridgwater site.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Quality, Technical or QA professional looking to take ownership of quality management systems within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Working closely with production, operations and technical teams, you will play a key role in maintaining food safety standards, ensuring compliance, coordinating audits and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the site.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve the site's Quality Management System (QMS)
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate internal and external audits
• Support investigations, root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Produce and analyse quality performance reports and KPIs

The Candidate:
