Job summary

French Selection in Honiton is seeking a Quality Controller to ensure the accuracy and quality of incoming and outgoing goods, helping maintain a high standard across the supply chain.

You will accept deliveries, log components with part numbers, cross-check against datasheets, carry out quality inspections using cameras and tools, repack goods for dispatch, complete international freight paperwork, liaise with managers, and perform warehouse duties as needed. Full training provided.

• Salary: £26,000 per annum plus OTE bonus and benefits
• Ref: 4326W1

Main duties: You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of incoming and outgoing goods ensuring a high standard is maintained.

The role:

• Accept incoming deliveries, verifying goods against paperwork ensuring all is recorded accurately
• Log components, including part numbers and quantities
• Cross-check components against datasheets
• Carry out detailed quality inspections using cameras and other tools
• Be responsible for the repackage of goods for dispatch
• Complete and process international freight documentation accurately
• Liaise with internal managers as needed
• Warehouse duties when needed to support the team

Candidate's Profile

• Previous experience in quality inspection, inventory control, logistics or warehouse management beneficial but not a requirement
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
• Good administrative and organisational skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong IT skills
• Forklift licence would be an advantage, but is not essential

£26,000 per annum plus OTE bonus and benefits
