Job summary

Planet Recruitment is seeking a QUALITY INSPECTOR to join our team in Woking. You will work with the Quality engineer to ensure all products are of the highest quality and ready for despatch, aligning with the production team to meet client orders.

This role offers rotating shifts: 5:30am-3:00pm or 3:00pm-11:00pm, on a weekly basis. It is a temporary-to-permanent position with strong progression and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality control preferred but full training will be provided.
• Able to work shifts 5:30am-3pm or 3pm-11pm on rotating pattern.
• Own transport advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure products meet quality standards before despatch.
• Collaborate with Production to meet deadlines for client orders.
• Maintain quality practices and complete paperwork accurately.
• Perform quality checks during shifts (5:30am-3pm and 3pm-11pm) on a weekly rotation.

Main responsibilities

• Working with the Quality engineer you will ensure all products are of the highest quality and ready for despatch
• Working closely with the Production team to ensure deadlines and targets are met for client orders
• Attention to detail is paramount ensuring all quality practices and paperwork and completed
• Checking products for their quality according to customer guidelinesshift timings - 5:30am until 3pm & 3pm - 11pm on a weekly rotation, monday to friday. This is a temporary to permanent position with an excellent chance of progression and training offered.

About you

Knowledge of Quality department procedures would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be given.

Own transport would be an advantage but not essential.
