Overview

Role: Quality Control Operative

Location: Buntingford

Hours: Full time

Salary: £14.50-£15.00ph

Responsibilities

• Inspection of production line and area, ensuring visual and physical checks meet quality specifications
• Manual handling, moving and lifting materials into position safely as part of the process
• Measuring and testing using tools and gauges to verify dimensions
• Defect identification, spotting damages and inconsistencies, reporting immediately
• Following strict health and safety procedures

Qualifications

• Previous quality control experience
• Forklift (counterbalance) license and driving license for duties of the role
• Previous use of hand tools and power tools
• Hands-on and manual work
• Computer skills and basic IT literacy
