Job summary

The First Electronics Corporation in Massachusetts is seeking a Testing Technician for the Quality Control Department. You will conduct visual and electrical tests on cable products, document results, and collaborate across teams to resolve quality issues.

This role requires reading blueprints, strict safety adherence, and attention to detail. Ideal candidates have 1+ year in QC, familiarity with electrical testing, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of quality control experience.
• Experience with electrical and functional testing preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.
• Proficient with computers; MS Office experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct visual and electrical tests on cable and wire products.
• Document test results and maintain internal records.
• Identify and report non-conforming materials or documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area following 5S standards.
• Troubleshoot nonconforming cables and escalate findings.
