Responsibilities

• Perform the disposition and release of raw materials using SAP and LIMS, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Critically evaluate test results, complete raw material specification packs, and GMP packs for microbiology.
• Coordinate daily activities, maintenance, and scheduling within the Raw Materials team to keep projects on track.
• Lead quality record completion and EHS actions, conduct root‑cause investigations, impact analyses, and risk assessments.
• Collaborate closely with operations by leading materials planning meetings and advising team members on documentation best practices.
• Oversee the archiving of assay forms and raw material specifications while maintaining meticulous record‑keeping standards.
