Tindall Engineering Ltd is a well-established and rapidly growing company specializing in extreme high-security locking solutions. Our MICO branded product range offers the highest performance ratings for locking systems in the UK. We continue to innovate by designing, developing, and launching new products using the latest technology and high-quality materials.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Quality Control Supervisor to join our team. In this strategic and challenging role, you will be responsible for:

  • Inspecting all raw materials, manufactured parts, and finished products to ensure they meet specified standards.
  • Analyzing and addressing all non-conformities in accordance with the ISO 9001 Quality System.
  • Auditing goods received, manufacturing processes, and assembly quality procedures.
  • Controlling non-conforming products effectively.
  • Maintaining and documenting calibration of company measuring equipment.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and customers to deliver optimal solutions.

This position operates on a single shift pattern: Monday to Thursday, 0800 - 1630, and Friday, 0800 - 1530.

The Person:

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of inspection processes in high-quality, high-volume manufacturing. Essential attributes include:
