Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead QC team and manage QC systems and lab operations at the Staffordshire site.
• Oversee testing and inspection of raw materials, intermediates, products, waste and environmental sampling; ensure equipment servicing.
• Support customer complaints process and close investigations promptly.
• Coach and train analysts; manage QC competency matrix and resource planning.
• Lead monthly and annual QC budget reviews and forecasting; ensure adequate resources for plant needs.
• Support supplier approvals for raw materials and manage product specifications and concessions.
