Probe UK Limited is seeking a sharp Quality Control Lab Technician to ensure all inputs and outputs meet the highest standards. You’ll play a critical role in keeping operations safe, compliant, and running smoothly in a fast-paced lab environment.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Chemistry.
• Calibration experience.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.

• Experience in a QC or laboratory environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive timely product testing across in-process and final specifications.
• Prepare and manage pre-shipment samples with accurate documentation.
• Test incoming raw materials to maintain quality from the start.
• Support R&D and development projects when required.
• Maintain and follow equipment calibration schedules.
• Deliver training on test methods to operators and team members.
• Provide clear process adjustment instructions to production teams.
• Complete inspections, testing, and quality documentation efficiently.
• Identify non-conforming materials/processes and take corrective action.
• Escalate issues promptly to the Senior QC Chemist or QC Manager.
• Support specification and process changes when required.
• Investigate and respond to customer complaints and process failures.
• Ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented quickly.
