Job summary

Nelsons is recruiting a QC Analyst to join the Quality Control team. The role focuses on testing raw materials and finished products using HPLC and GC, maintaining compliance with cGMP and Data Integrity principles. You will document results in the QMS and support lab validations.

The ideal candidate has a science degree, analytical lab experience, and strong report writing skills, with a flexible, team-oriented approach within a busy lab environment.

Qualifications

• Degree level or above in a Science subject.
• Experience in an analytical laboratory.
• Ability to use work instructions and specifications for testing of products and raw materials.
• A good appreciation of GMP and Data Integrity Principles.
• Strong report writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform analyses and tests on raw materials and finished products using approved methods.
• Carry out environmental monitoring and ensure compliance with cGMP.
• Maintain accurate records in the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Support validation activities for laboratory equipment and methods.
• Contribute to investigations of consumer complaints and CAPA.
• Ensure safe handling of chemicals and lab consumables.
