Job summary

Nelsons - the home of Rescue Remedy is seeking a QA/QC Senior Supervisor to oversee testing of raw materials, packaging and finished products, ensuring GMP/GDP compliance onsite. You will coordinate audits, manage the QMS (QPulse) and drive quality improvements across production and warehouse operations.

The role requires strong QA/QC experience, excellent documentation and reporting skills, and the ability to collaborate with production teams to uphold a high quality culture at the Spatone site.

Qualifications

• Experience in QA/QC role in Food or Healthcare.
• Excellent report writing skills.
• Knowledge of GMP, GDP and GLP principles.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise QA/QC processes to meet site daily demands.
• Test raw materials, packaging components and finished product per in-house methods.
• Ensure GMP/GDP compliance across production and warehouse.
• Maintain and audit QMS and associated documentation.
• Coordinate customer complaints investigations with QC and Customer Service.
• Provide periodic reports and metrics to QA leadership.
