The Opportunity:

Reacta Healthcare is currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant to join the Quality Control team. The role involves providing comprehensive, efficient, and professional quality administration support to Quality Control activities.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Complete administrative activities related to the submission of samples for analytical testing to contract laboratories.
  2. Monitor the return of data related to the analytical testing of samples to support batch certification, stability studies, and other analytical projects.
  3. Ensure that systems and processes are developed, maintained, and improved to support effective and efficient QC administrative tasks.
  4. Perform general administrative tasks such as typing, photocopying, scanning, filing, and archiving.
  5. Support ad hoc project work as required by the team or the wider business.
  6. Draft and review documentation such as SOPs, specifications, and analytical worksheets.

Essential Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

Essential Skills:

  • Previous administration experience.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to develop relationships internally and externally.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Good literacy skills to GCSE standard or equivalent.
  • Willingness to learn and participate in projects outside of the immediate role scope.

Desirable Skills:

  • Previous QC administration experience in a pharmaceutical setting.
  • Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
