Job summary

Red Bull Powertrains in Milton Keynes is seeking a proactive Technician to ensure quality and precision in a high‑performance engineering environment. You will identify affected parts, coordinate containment, and support recall actions to safeguard championship performance.

The role requires reading engineering drawings, understanding dimensional inspection and part traceability, and maintaining accurate quality records. Competitive benefits accompany a demanding, high‑velocity team.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Understanding of first principle dimensional inspection techniques.
• Understanding of part traceability and material control.
• Good appreciation of quality processes and non-conformance management.

Responsibilities

• Identify affected parts using ERP, NCR and fault management systems.
• Determine quantities, locations and status of suspect material.
• Coordinate collection and quarantine of affected stock.
• Execute recall and quarantine actions in accordance with containment procedures.
• Support urgent containment actions on critical quality issues.
• Update part status within Epicor and associated quality systems.
• Maintain accurate records of quarantined and inspected material.
• Generate containment reports and status updates.
• Track progress of containment activities through to completion.
• Raise and manage containment-related transactions and jobs.
