Job summary

Red Bull Powertrains is seeking a driven Technician to operate in a precision engineering environment, ensuring quality and containment of affected stock. You will read engineering drawings, determine material status, and support recall actions to uphold championship-winning standards.

Joining a high-performance team, you’ll work with ERP/NCR systems, maintain traceability, and generate containment reports while contributing to continuous quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Understanding of first principle dimensional inspection techniques.
• Understanding of part traceability and material control.
• Knowledge of quality processes and non-conformance management.

Responsibilities

• Identify affected parts using ERP, NCR and fault management systems.
• Determine quantities, locations and status of suspect material.
• Coordinate the collection and quarantine of affected stock.
• Execute recall and quarantine actions per containment procedures.
• Support urgent containment actions on critical quality issues.
• Update part status within Epicor and quality systems.
• Maintain accurate records of quarantined and inspected material.
• Generate containment reports and status updates.
• Track progress of containment activities through to completion.
• Raise and manage containment-related transactions and jobs.
