Job summary

Talk Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Quality Compliance Manager to join a leading Yorkshire building contractor. The role blends Leeds office work with remote elements and occasional site visits across the Midlands and North regions.

You will develop and maintain an integrated management system (IMS), oversee ISO 9001/45001/14001 compliance, lead internal and external audits, and drive continuous improvement with senior management. Experience in construction compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing ISO-based Quality Management Systems.
• Proven ability to lead internal and external audits.
• Knowledge of Building/Residential sector standards.
• Strong documentation and process improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee IMS to meet business needs.
• Lead internal and external audits and manage nonconformities.
• Maintain certificates (9001, 14001, 45001) and ensure ongoing compliance.
• Collaborate with regional teams and sites to drive quality.
• Prepare monthly reporting to Directors.
