Job summary

Andrecruit Group Ltd. is seeking a skilled Quality Manager to lead the Operational Quality Team in Hampshire, ensuring quality, safety, and reliability across manufacturing operations. The role reports to the Operations Director and focuses on continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will drive quality systems, audits, and supplier quality initiatives, leveraging Lean Six Sigma and strong leadership to elevate performance, with a permanent, full-time arrangement.

Qualifications

HND or Level 5+ Quality Management qualification.
Experience as Quality Manager in electro-mechanical manufacturing.
Familiarity with defence sector is advantageous.
Strong knowledge of QMS standards and ISO 9001.
Leadership and training capability.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Operational Quality Team to ensure compliance.
Conduct audits, implement corrective actions, maintain certifications.
Collaborate with suppliers and customers to meet quality requirements.
Oversee inspection and testing to ensure product reliability and safety.
Drive continuous improvement and report quality performance to senior management.
Provide training to embed a culture of quality.
